The Precious Blood of Christ Church Catholic Women’s Club is busy preparing for its festival, art, crafts, baked goods, catholic, 26th annual Arts and Craft Festival to be held on Fri., Oct 24 and Sat. Oct 25.

Crafters, bakers and cooks are planning the menu for the lunch kitchen, the bake and casserole sale, Women’s Craft table and the gently used book sale.

This year’s arts and crafts festival has approximately 50+ Southeastern artisans and crafters who will be showing off their arts and crafts.

All the proceeds from this event will benefit many worthwhile causes in and around the lowcountry community.  The event is the largest fundraising event the club sponsors.

The nonprofit recipients go through a grant application process.

Some of the many recipients include Birthright, Georgetown County Diabetes Core Group, Miss Ruby’s Kids and St. Christopher’s Children.

Everyone is invited to attend the festival.

The hours are Fri., 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sat., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. inside the Parish Life Center, 1633 Waverly Road, Pawleys Island.

The co-chairs of this event are Eloise Temple and Patricia Farkas.
