In what’s being touted as “The Happiest 5k on the Planet,” the Color Run presents the 2014 Kaleidoscope Tour, a totally new tour! Hitting cities like never before with amazing new participant gear and original color crazy race attractions, this 5kmagic like only The Color Run can do!
Kaleidoscopes demonstrate the beauty of motion and change. Little shifts can add new depth and color to everything we see. Whether it’s new runners getting ready for their first 5k, or seasoned athletes remembering what it feels like to just “run for fun”, the Kaleidoscope Tour will be an unforgettable event.
In 2014, participants will receive a limited edition participant race kit including a custom Kaleidoscope t-shirt, tricolor headband, amazing cross body bag, tattoos and more!
Organizers are bringing even more happiness and entertainment to the 5k course and the epic Finish Festival. Think it’s cool to look into a Kaleidoscope? Wait until you run through one! Look for unique Kaleidoscope attractions on the course, incredible photo ops, and awesome Kaleidoscope fun at the finish festival.
The Myrtle Beach Kaleidoscope Tour race will take place on November 1, 2014 at Broadway at the Beach. The start-line window will open at 8:00 AM with waves going every few minutes until 9 a.m. Make sure you plan your day with plenty of time. At The Color Run, the start line is its own pre-race party with music, dancing, warmup stretching and giveaways.
Participants are asked to wear white with the intention of being “splashed” with colors throughout the race.
